Opinions are like noses; everyone has one – as it should be in a free society. Yet those who manipulate opinions control the narrative (facts), and the outcome. Those who control the outcome hold the power. One day you’re riding with the wind in your hair, the next day you’re made to wear a helmet or pay a fine. One day children have a right to an education, the next day children must be fully vaccinated in order to attend school. One-opinion rule is a police state. Who is really in control?
Control is based on the “Golden Rule.” Those who have the gold? Rule. They are a group of private bankers of the Federal Reserve, America’s central bank, which took control of the world’s money supply in 1913 through the Federal Reserve Act.
Since 1913, brave men have tried and failed to replace the stronghold of the debt-based, interest-driven Federal Reserve System (The Fed) with a debt-free, interest-free paper money system – the Greenback – printed and controlled by the U.S. government. Presidents Lincoln, McKinley, and Kennedy tried to end the Fed and had their lives ended instead.
The only threat to the power of the Fed is a sovereign government. This was disclosed in an editorial in the London Times in 1865 after Lincoln won the Civil War and succeeded in restoring his government’s power to issue the national currency:
Lincoln was killed in 1865. Killing the messenger of freedom is standard policy. Only those law professors, judges, politicians, and presidents who stick to the message will get the job. Others need not apply. The mainstream media is State-controlled and financed. The State controls the resources and sets the framework in which everyone else operates. They don’t require customers since they have a monopoly. If it’s not in the mainstream it never happened.
The Vaccine Narrative
All law is based on opinion. Mandates are the epitome of one-opinion rule. Vaccine mandates are the perfect vehicle to engineer consent from the masses in a transition from Human Rights to States’ Rights, from a free society to a police state. In other words, get vaccinated or get a court order and a visit from Child Protective Services.
Today, States are under pressure to remove philosophical exemptions to vaccination – the ability to have your own opinion. Your ability to have an opinion is tied to your State accepting federal block grants (45 CFR 98). States’ Rights over Individual Rights. Follow the money to the Fed.
The Fed is the head of an octopus whose tentacles reach into education, science, and all branches of society. First vaccines then what?
The Tentacle of Education

The vaccine narrative has a friend in Professor Erwin Chemerinsky, Dean of the University of California, Irvine school of law and adviser to California vaccine mandate, SB 277. In February 2015, before SB277 became law, Prof. Chemerinsky set the stage for police power to enforce mandates, in his Op-Ed article in the Orange County Register:
“As a matter of constitutional law, parents have no right to not vaccinate their children.” “And state law allows for police power to enforce obligatory vaccine laws.”
In his 2016 essay Compulsory Vaccination Laws Are Constitutional, he opined:
“individual rights may need to yield to the state’s police power in order to preserve the public health or safety.”
Prof. Chemerinsky cherry picks the 1905 Supreme Court opinion Jacobson v. Massachusetts as the bedrock of today’s vaccine laws. The opinion in 1905 required all citizens in Cambridge Massachusetts to take a smallpox vaccine or pay a $5 fine. The Court “ruled” that it was within a state’s police powers to compel vaccinations in the context of an infectious disease epidemic.
Prof. Chemerinsky omits the opinion’s finer points that a state legislature could only impose a vaccine mandate under certain conditions, only as long as:
1) it was necessary, 2) applied to all equally, 3) avoided undue harm, 4) there must be “an emergency,”’ “imminent harm,” a disease that “imperil[s] an entire population” and 5) medical exemptions from mandates are provided in all 50 states. The ruling did not create religious or philosophical exemptions.
The Tentacle of Science
The vaccine narrative benefits from the fact that all major scientific papers are controlled by the same six corporations (ACS, Reed Elsevier, Sage, Taylor & Francis, Springer, Wiley-Blackwell).
In this strategy, the State appoints an “independent” Task Force to carry out “evidence-based reviews” of the literature to identify interventions for vaccine-preventable diseases, including mandatory vaccination requirements, and make its recommendations:
“The Task Force found that sufficient evidence existed to demonstrate the effectiveness of these requirements (vaccine mandates) in increasing vaccine coverage, thereby reducing disease incidence, and so recommended their use.”
“The police power is the authority reserved to the states by the Constitution and embraces “such reasonable regulations established directly by legislative enactment as will protect the public health and the public safety” (197 U.S. at 25, 25 S.Ct. at 361).
Become the Octopus

It is waste time to cut off tentacles one by one when the octopus only regenerates more tentacles. Arguing the science will not change the narrative since those who control the narrative control the outcome. Instead, see solutions in each challenge. Know the opposition. Become the invertebrate octopus, a symbol of agility, grace and flexibility, able to move out of a tight spot! To detach a limb at will is to release excess baggage in life to achieve our desires. The octopus is primarily a bottom dweller, analogous to being grounded while still having the ability to move freely.
Taking control of the narrative is one way to become the octopus:
- Repeal current vaccination laws through ballot initiatives (the voice of the individual).
- Nullify unjust laws.
- Demand States stop enforcing unjust laws. The power of the people is enumerated in the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
- Take back the narrative. Assert Rights in the affirmative. Let the opposition take a defensive posture.
- Stand up, resist, withdraw consent and refuse to comply.
