The Playbook of Tyranny has just been re-released. If you pay attention to the news cycle, you can’t miss the ads. Tyrannical laws and actions in the form of mandates and censorship have only just begun to heat up, but in reality, they represent a theme of suppression going back to the Dark Ages, the first Dark Ages.
Boiling Frog Syndrome
The process of suppression operates under the Boiling Frog Syndrome, where you are the frog invited into a warm pool of water that is slowly heated to a rolling boil while you remain blissfully unaware that you’re being cooked.
Today, the Playbook opens to the chapter on weaponizing unvaccinated, healthy children from Arkansas to New York. In Arkansas, an unvaccinated High School student diagnosed with Whopping cough has stumped officials who will require students who were “in close contact” to take antibiotics.
In Brooklyn, NY. Mayor Bill de Blasio declared a public health emergency that would require unvaccinated individuals living in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, to receive the measles vaccine. Violations and possibly fines of $1,000 would be issued to those who did not comply. He added: “I don’t think it’s your unalienable right as a United States citizen to allow your child to catch and transmit a potentially fatal infection.”
Based on the mayor’s opinion, a state of emergency is declared and the people are lulled into the next chapter of tyranny.
In Rockland County, N.Y., a northern suburb of New York City, county health officials barred 42 unvaccinated Hasidic Jewish children from public places for 30 days. An executive order pulled close to 6,000 unvaccinated children out of schools. Nearly 17,000 doses of the measles-mumps-rubella (M.M.R.) vaccine were given in 26 weeks based on an estimate of 200 cases of measles, noted as NYC’s “worst outbreak.” Could the mandate be due to the community having a “low” 60% vaccination rate? Were they too healthy for their own good?
First a judge denied an injunction stating,“that public interest weighs in favor of granting an injunction.” Recently, however, a judge ruled against the order, temporarily halting it. One women spoke up, saying, “I don’t think it’s up to the city to mandate anything. We all have constitutional rights!” It appears that some have more rights than others.
Playbook of Tyrannical Tactics
The Playbook asks everyone to believe in an invisible threat and to not ask questions, not speak out. It tells you to trust the official solutions and to stop thinking for yourself. And ignore any contradictions that might reveal a hoax.
The Arkansas story turned up the heat over a bacterium called Bordetella pertussis. Pertussis is not a virus, so will not be affected by a vaccine, but that did not make the news. Bordetella pertussis is a bacterium known to mutate to a more virulent form of itself when pushed. All bacteria, friendly or not, shift their forms to adapt to a more toxic environment. They respond like humans, since humans are mostly bacteria. Bacteria respond by adapting to their surroundings, without asking permission.
Outbreaks of whooping cough (pertussis) are actually related to the pertussis vaccine, itself. This is because the vaccine reduces immunity to predispose the body to infection. It makes you an ‘Asymptomatic carrier’. In the 2010 California Whooping Cough outbreak Eighty-one percent of cases in children under 18 were fully vaccinated. Only eight percent of those were unvaccinated. However, the media blamed it on “vaccine-averse” parents.
According to the science, attack rates increase three years after receiving the DTP vaccine. And this is because you cannot prevent the transfer of disease using a vaccine. According to the CDC, the DTaP vaccine effectiveness is only 24 percent among those aged 8-12. Further, “Cocooning” vaccines does not work. In order to prevent ONE infant death, at least one million parents and adult caregivers must be vaccinated.
How to Play the Playbook

If you immunize yourself against fear-based tactics, you cannot be played. Without fear, you see all the choices available to you, starting with the choice to say NO.
The Playbook of Tyranny has been opened throughout history by dictators and demagogues, alike. To avoid being a statistic of history, recognize the ruse, face your fears, then stand your sacred ground. That requires noting all the contradictions, inconsistencies, lies and deception, that form the foundation of your reality.
That means knowing who you are. Are you the property of the State?
It means questioning everything.
We are in the Age where people continue to be suppressed by dark tactics. Pro-vaccine mandates and anti-vaccine laws split people and families down the middle. Despite laws that remove non-medical exemptions, 20 states have proposals for anti-vaccine legislation which would allow you to opt out through exemptions. In order to ensure the Playbook is put back on the shelf, we need to know what we have agreed to.
The idea that exemptions come from government means that you agree that government grants you certain rights. But government does not grant any rights. That is where humanity has lost its power. Governments only grant privileges. Relying on exemptions granted by government means we watch them being whittled down and taken away at its whim.
Government always wins on their turf because the corporations that control government, write the rules. By the stroke of a pen, industries write the laws that become mandates, making vaccines obligatory, unless you exercise your rights, and use your voice, like the woman in New York.
Forget the Science

Your power to refuse a vaccine is not based on the science but upon your right to refuse, as a free-will being on a free-will planet. In preserving your freedom it is important not to get bogged down in debating the science. The science debate is a trap. As you argue the science, government rolls out the Healthy People 2020 Act, a cradle-to-grave vaccine mandate.
It’s all an Act folks! From the Clean Skies Act to the Patriot Act, everything is opposite and inverted under The Playbook of Tyranny.
Bottom line? Know who you are. Just because you once agreed to the legislation that took away your rights and gave you the privilege of exemption, does not mean you have to continue the ruse. Just because you were legally duped by the language being used against you, doesn’t mean you cannot reclaim the language by going back to your roots. Your rights are inborn. Once you know your rights are embodied, you reclaim the light in the Dark Ages. Your maintain your choice and your voice to say no.
