Past Ebola Events
Let’s review.
Since 1976 and 1995, two outbreaks near the Ebola River in Zaire (now the Democratic Republic of Congo) were linked to contaminated needles (CDC). One outbreak in 200-2001 in Uganda, and 2014-2016 outbreak in West Africa.
In 2003, the US government announced that an Ebola vaccine may be stockpiled as part of its preparation for bio-terror attacks under “Project Bioshield.”
The Bioshield Act was enacted in July 2004, with a total appropriation of US$ 5.6 billion, to purchase vaccines in the event of a terror attack.
None of these outbreaks amounted to a global pandemic. Yet, the narrative of “global unity” began with the 2014 Global Health strategy published in the New England Journal of Medicine:”
We have three critical advances that will enable further action: increased societal commitment on a global scale; new technologies that allow us to work better, faster, and cheaper; and successes, ranging from better control of EVD in Uganda to the rapid and effective response to H7N9 influenza in China.
In April 2023, the PLoS One journal upcycled the narrative as, “macroeconomic returns are associated with prophylactic Ebola vaccination.”
In May 2026, the WHO’s pandemic treaty stalled over the Pathogen Access and Benefit-Sharing (PABS), preventing the treaty from being put into effect.

Development of the first multivalent filovirus ebola vaccine has been ongoing since 2004, with clinical vaccine human trials allegedly starting in 2006. The CDC holds the vaccine patent for the Human Ebola Virus, including the Bundibugyo strain [US 20120251502 A1). [See official history of Ebola strains here].In October 24, 2014, Anthony Fauci , then NIH director, described their ‘disaster-relief response’ comprising more than a dozen experimental Ebola vaccines and drugs in the pipeline, several of which entered clinical testing in the United States, Europe and Africa. He called it The Perfect Storm.
In December 2016, the WHO announced that a two-year trial of the rVSV-ZEBOV vaccine which appeared to offer protection from the variant of EBOV (Zaire Ebola virus strain) responsible for the Western Africa outbreak. The vaccine is considered to be effective and is the only prophylactic that offers protection; hence, 300,000 doses had been stockpiled. rVSV-ZEBOV received regulatory approval in 2019.
Another US government Ebola vaccine patent was published in 2019. [No. 20190276495].
An mRNA vaccine began development in January 2026 by Moderna, only 4 Months Before WHO Declared a Global Emergency. [Bill Gates-backed CEPI awarded Moderna and Oxford $26.7 million to develop multivalent Ebola mRNA and viral vector shots].
The latest mRA vaccine is designed to target multiple Ebola viruses and related filoviruses simultaneously — including the Bundibugyo ebolavirus (BDBV).
Epic Fails
In 2014, nurses in Dallas claimed there are no protocols in place to deal with the ebola virus. “’Our nurses are not protected, they’re not prepared to handle Ebola or any other pandemics.’ – RoseAnn DeMoro, director of the National Nurses Union.
On September 15, 2014, Under Operation United Assistance, President Barack Obama announced deployment of 3000 US troops to West Africa to combat an invisible virus.
On September 17, 2014, the World Bank Group warned, that the West Africa Ebola crisis could deal a huge economic blow to West Africa unless swift action is taken.
In August, 2015 in Dakar Senegal doctors were stumped as to why 15,000 Ebola survivors had adverse health effects consisting of vision and hearing problems, muscle and joint pain, emotional pain, fatigue and neurological problems. The WHO called it “an emergency within an emergency.”
Meanwhile, no one asked how many of these victims received the experimental vaccine or drugs. No one questioned many who were discharged from a clinic were sprayed with disinfectant. Without knowing the problem, an estimated 7,500 people consented to a five-year vaccine study to be monitored by Partnership for Research on Ebola Vaccines in Liberia called PREVAIL.
Same Game Different Year
a new Ebola outbreak in the eastern DRC has been declared a public health emergency of international concern (PHEIC) after spreading across the border to Uganda.
The outbreak is caused by the Bundibugyo strain, for which no approved vaccine or targeted treatment is currently available, though supportive care remains critical. As of that day, around 346 suspected cases and 88 deaths had been reported in the DRC, along with 2 cases and 1 death in Uganda.
No approved vaccine?
With numerous Ebola vaccine patents, including the 2012 patent for Bundibugryo vaccine, millions of dollars spent on “medical countermeasures,” 300,000 doses of vaccines stockpiled, approval of the ZEBOV vaccine, the gig is up.
Be Teflon
Under the Hegelian Dialectic, every epidemic is ripe for a pandemic. However, the real crisis may be the derailing of the economy and financial system, the introduction of a surveillance system. Or both.
To give in to extortion tactics is to accept sweeping powers of surveillance, digital IDs, digital money, vaccine passports, and illegal mandates.
